Amazon brand expansion, end to end

Good brands deserve more than one market. We take them there.

Most of our partners already sell on Amazon.com and want Europe, the UK and beyond. We also bring European and German brands to new markets, work with manufacturers and suppliers from Türkiye and China, and launch strong brands that are not on Amazon yet. A professional account team, partner warehouses in three countries and Amazon Agent, our own software, run it all end to end.

Strategic partnership

Your bridge to Europe and beyond.

Not a vendor, a growth partner. We take your brand into new marketplaces and carry everything that usually stops brands at the border.

What your brand gets

  • Faster go-to-market in new countries, without a local team
  • Brand awareness through launch PPC, A+ and Brand Store
  • Zero compliance burden: regulation, VAT and accounting on us
  • Inventory risk shared, or carried by our trading partners
  • Price and brand protection in every market

Who we look for

  • Proven demand on Amazon, D2C or retail
  • Brand owners with a registered trademark and Brand Registry
  • Healthy margins after FBA fees, strong reviews
  • Compliance-ready products: tests, certificates, safety data
  • Reliable supply from manufacturers and distributors, any origin

Handled by Consentra, end to end.

People and software

A professional account team, running on its own software.

Every store we manage is run by an experienced team of account managers, buyers and warehouse staff. They all work in Amazon Agent, the operations platform we built to run the business end to end, from purchase order to the FBA shelf.

The store management team

Account managers who live in Seller Central every business day: catalogue, inventory, cases, account health and advertising for each marketplace, with one person responsible for each store.

Four ways to work with us

Our stock or yours. Our account or yours. One team either way.

The same people run every partnership, on the same software and through the same warehouses. What changes is who owns the inventory, whose Amazon account it sells in, and how we are paid.

Path A · Our main focusPartner buys

Brand partnerships

Your brand already sells on Amazon, usually in the US, sometimes in Germany or elsewhere in Europe. Through our affiliated trading companies we become your authorised partner for new regions: they buy the inventory, we run the market entry and operations, and take it to the next markets: Europe, the UK, the UAE, Japan, Australia or the US.

  • Market selection from your category, price point and competition
  • EU and UK compliance, labels and localised listings handled by us
  • Pricing kept in line with your US position, MAP respected

New brand launch

For good brands that are not on Amazon yet: from Europe and the US, and manufacturers in Türkiye and China. We build the catalogue, content, compliance and logistics, then launch in the markets that suit the product.

  • Listing and A+ content built from scratch
  • Brand Registry and trademark guidance
  • Launch advertising with the listing, not after it

Wholesale and distribution

Our affiliated trading companies buy from brands, distributors and wholesalers as authorised resellers and sell across the marketplaces we manage, with clear pricing rules and documented supply.

  • Purchase orders, invoices and authorisation on file
  • No grey-market or unauthorised channels
  • Repeat ordering driven by real sell-through

Profit-share account management

Your Seller Central, run end to end by our team: catalogue, inventory, cases, advertising and new marketplaces. Our income is tied to the profit we grow, not to hours billed.

  • Every action logged in Amazon Agent
  • Month-to-month, revocable at any time

Why brands need a partner

Selling outside the US is mostly paperwork. We carry it.

Demand for a proven product is usually there. What stops US brands is the regulation, tax and logistics behind each new marketplace. These are the requirements we handle before a single unit ships.

Market-by-market requirements
EU product safety (GPSR)
EU
Since December 2024 every product sold in the EU needs a responsible person established in the EU, with their details, a batch number and local-language safety information on the product. Amazon suppresses listings without it.
German packaging register (LUCID)
DE
Anyone selling packaged goods into Germany must register with LUCID and enter the number in Seller Central, or listings on amazon.de are blocked. Electronics and batteries need their own registrations.
VAT where the stock sits
EU · UK
Holding inventory in a European country creates a VAT registration there. Pan-European FBA gives faster, Prime-eligible delivery but needs a registration in each storage country, so the warehouse plan and the tax plan are made together.
Language and search
All markets
Shoppers in Germany, France or Japan search in their own words. Listings are rewritten from local keyword research, not run through a translator.
Japan and Australia
JP · AU
Japan requires an importer of record and customer service in Japanese. Each market has its own customs, labelling and tax rules, prepared per product.
How an expansion runs

Five stages, the same every time.

You see the plan and the numbers before any stock moves, and you approve each market before it opens.

  1. Evaluate

Catalogue, US sales history, margins and competition in each target marketplace. We pick the products and countries worth entering.

  2. Comply

Responsible person, packaging and product registrations, labels, safety documents and VAT for every market in the plan.

  3. Ship

Stock goes to a partner warehouse for checks, prep and labelling, then into FBA in the destination countries.

  4. Launch

Localised listings go live with launch advertising, priced to protect your brand's position.

  5. Scale

Weekly reporting, replenishment and advertising, then the next marketplace once the first one is stable.

Partner warehouses

The stock sits in facilities we work with every day.

We work with partner warehouses in the countries our partners sell into. Inventory is received, checked, labelled and prepared there before it enters Amazon's network.

US

United States partner facility

Receiving from US brands and suppliers, FBA prep, consolidation for Europe.

UK

United Kingdom partner facility

Prep and labelling for amazon.co.uk, UK compliance, returns.

DE

Germany partner facility

EU entry point: GPSR labelling and Pan-European FBA inbound.

Warehousing services and quotes

Brand protection

What we deliberately do not do.

A partner that sells your products in new countries carries your name there. These rules are written into every agreement.

No discounting below your floor

Pricing rules and MAP are agreed in writing before the first order.

No unapproved channels

Your products are sold only in the marketplaces you approve, and nowhere else.

No guarantees we cannot keep

Amazon decides ranking and delivery. We report what happened and what we change next.

No policy shortcuts

Listings, reviews and advertising follow Amazon's policies and your brand guidelines.

FAQ

Questions brands ask first

Do you buy our inventory or work in our account?

Both are possible. In a brand partnership, new brand launch or wholesale arrangement, one of our affiliated trading companies buys the stock and sells it as your authorised reseller, with Consentra running the operation. In profit-share account management we run your own Seller Central account and the stock stays yours.

How do you protect our pricing and brand?

Pricing rules, including MAP where you have one, brand guidelines and the markets we sell in are agreed in writing before we start. We do not sell below the agreed floor and we do not sell into channels you have not approved.

How does the profit-share model work?

Instead of a fixed agency retainer, our fee is a share of the profit we grow in your account, so we only do well when you do. The exact split depends on your starting point and is set out in writing before we begin.

Are you affiliated with Amazon?

No. Consentra is an independent company that sells on Amazon and manages Amazon accounts for brands.

Where should your brand sell next?

Tell us where you sell today and roughly what your US sales look like. We reply within one business day with the markets we would open first and why.
